Their hard work, dedication, and passion for sledge hockey shone through as they represented Newfoundland and Labrador during Canada’s National Para Hockey Team Evaluation Camp, held from September 27th to October 2nd in Elmira, Ontario.
A huge congratulations to Liam, who was recently named to the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador for his outstanding contributions to para-sports and his dedication to the community! Liam began his journey with Easter Seals NL through sledge hockey and wheelchair basketball and went on to bring awareness to the organization as our Ambassador. Gavin, also a past Ambassador, has demonstrated incredible skill and determination in his own sledge hockey career.
We’re excited to see where their hard work and passion will take them next! On behalf of everyone at Easter Seals NL, we celebrate their accomplishments and look forward to cheering them on in their future endeavours!
