By hiring a participant from Horizons, you’re making a positive impact in helping Canadian youth overcome obstacles to employment. Through our Work Experience Program, participants receive several weeks of in-class training in work-related skills and are highly motivated to join the workforce. Easter Seals NL collaborates closely with both the participant and the employer, offering guidance and pay subsidies to support local businesses during these challenging economic times.
