The Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities program has helped ninety-nine people across the province advance on their career journey over the fifteen months of our three-year program! We have supported participants through our wage subsidy program, offering people the opportunity to get their foot in the door and gain valuable work experience whether it’s their first job or a new career. Participants have also been able to pursue professional development and get the necessary accommodations to support them in the workplace. The Opportunities Fund is excited to continue helping as many people with disabilities as possible reach their employment goals.
