Easter Seals NL could not do what we do without our amazing volunteers and during National Volunteer Week in April and with the support from the VOCM Cares Foundation, we recognized each and every one of them!
Thank you to all who commit and dedicate their time in support of our programs, services, fundraising events, and of course, our participants. We are very grateful for your continued support!
We are excited to announce our 2024 Volunteer of the year award goes to Eileen Bartlett!
Eileen Bartlett has been a dedicated volunteer for Easter Seals NL for a long time. Even when she was a staff member at ESNL, she went above and beyond her work week to volunteer for many hours to ensure that programs and Boccia development in our province were successful.
Even after her retirement, Eileen has continued to play an important role in our weekly Boccia programs. She is our lead volunteer for the program, and she dedicates her time to ensuring that there is a strong weekly program in place for our participants to learn the sport, develop their skills, and live an active lifestyle.
We are grateful to Eileen for her many years of dedication to our organization and participants.
