Summer Concert Series

What an incredible summer of music at Easter Seals NL!

Thank you to all who joined us on Fridays at the Summer Concert Series in support of Easter Seals NL. We would like to extend a special thank you to all of the performers: Brandon Bowen Band, Les Fleurs Duo, This Day, Elizabeth Clarke, Alex Taylor (Musician), Selina Boland, and Shannell Lewis!

The Easter Seals NL Summer Concert Series could not have been possible without our title sponsors, Century 21 Seller’s Choice and Browning Harvey Ltd., our artist sponsor Music NL, and our BBQ sponsor Sobeys! With their support, we were able to hold the Summer Concert Series for a second summer and raise money that will support our programs and services for people with disabilities in our province.

We’d like to give a special shout-out to the agents of Century 21 Seller’s Choice who showed up EVERY week to grill a delicious lunch and sell 50/50 tickets! The final 50/50 pot was $2,445, with half going to the winner and half supporting Easter Seals NL’s programs and services. The winning ticket was drawn on our final day of the series on Friday, August 25th, and was Shawn Dowling (ticket #0246)!

We hope you had a wonderful time with our concerts, and thank you for supporting Easter Seals NL all summer!

The Summer Concert Series, which takes place in our Easter Seals NL Park and Pavillion at 206 Mount Scio Road, is an 8-week series that will be held every Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The series will run from Friday in July and August in our park where attendees will be invited free of charge to enjoy our beautiful pavilion, an event plaza, and gorgeous sensory gardens while being entertained by local performers and artists.
