The Joy of Movement

Dansability is an inclusive dance program designed for those who love to express themselves through music and movement! We are excited to announce that we are breaking our Dansability program into two unique sessions this upcoming fall, each tailored to different interests and abilities. 

**NEW** Dansability **NEW**

This session is all about freedom, fun and creativity! Participants enjoy a blend of free-movement exercises and music-based games, allowing them to explore rhythm, and connect with the joys of dance. Each session wraps up with a small choreographed dance practice, offering a taste of structured choreography. It’s perfect for those who love to move to the beat, and have a great time in a relaxed, playful environment with friends!

Day: Wednesdays
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

**NEW** Dansability – Performance Group **NEW**

This session is for participants who are excited about choreography and performing. The focus is about learning and practicing a routine with an emphasis on rhythm, teamwork, memorization and most importantly – fun! This session is facilitated by Easter Seals NL Board Member and Lead Dansability Volunteer, Leah Davis, and is perfect for participants who have an interest in learning choreography and mastering their dance skills. Participants must have the ability to follow instruction and be comfortable performing in front of others.

Day: Wednesdays
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 

By the end of the session, the participants of both sessions will have an opportunity to showcase their hard work for their families, friends and beyond. Whether you’re looking to have fun with free movement or master a choreographed routine there is a Dansability session for you!

Please note, registration will be reviewed, and participants will be contacted to register for their most suited programs.

The Fall 2024-2025 Season will consist of 6 weeks beginning on October 23rd and ending on November 27th with a performance on December 4th.
