Get Your School Involved!

Easter Seals NL is inviting schools across Newfoundland and Labrador to participate in a friendly fundraising contest! Students and staff can raise funds through peer-to-peer donations on our online fundraising platform by asking friends and family to donate to their classroom or purchase a shirt in support of their fundraising efforts. Additionally, you can reach out to Taylor for a pledge sheet, host a bake sale, or participate in red shirt sales yourself.

Purchasing an official Easter Seals Red Shirt is optional, but students are welcome to do so! We encourage everyone to wear any red clothing they have to ensure all students can participate and feel included in the day.

Book an “I Can Too” Disability Education Awareness presentation!

Easter Seals NL’s “I Can Too!” Disability Education Awareness Program allows children to learn about disabilities in a fun, interactive way! Through the use of a video, books, and a collection of dolls with adaptive equipment, children learn that disability does not equal inability and that people with a disability are the same as everyone else, they may just do things a little differently. This presentation is free and is available to schools, scouting, guiding groups, after-school programs, and community groups. We advise allowing for 40 minutes for the presentation.
