CIBC AccessABILITY: Call for Equipment and Technology Applications

CIBC has provided funding up to $2500 per participant to each Easter Seals provincial organization.

We are inviting our Easter Seals Members to submit applications for review and submission to CIBC. Applications will be reviewed in order of submission and awarded to those that meet the qualifying criteria set by the funder. Submissions will be accepted until all available funding is allocated. To apply you must be a registered member of Easter Seals NL.

Required Documents:

  • Google form complete

  • Vendor quote – Required at the time of submission

  • A letter from a healthcare professional – Can be submitted after being awarded

Equipment / Technology Cost (Vendor Quote)

  • Please include the cost of the equipment to help us illustrate to the funder the price of the equipment versus the amount granted to the client.

  • This information is invaluable, as it demonstrates that the funding often covers only a small percentage of what is needed.

  • Additionally, we can use this data for future funding requests, demonstrating that the need exceeds the funds received.

Timeline

  • Funding distribution may vary and can be dependent on the item requested.
