Program Advisory Committee

We are excited to share updates from our Program Advisory Committee following our quarterly meetings. Our committee now consists of 13 members, representing a balanced mix of parents, participants, staff, and board members.

Our March meeting was a success, with engaging discussions on the results from our past season surveys and our plans for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. One key takeaway was the importance of gathering more feedback through surveys.

Currently, we are seeing a response rate of less than 15%, which makes it challenging to effectively improve our programs or address any concerns. By completing the survey, you help us better understand your experiences and adapt the programs to meet the needs of all our participants.

Your feedback truly matters and directly impacts the quality of the programs we offer. We encourage you to take a few moments to complete the surveys shared at the end of each season so we can continue to improve and grow together. Thank you!

In addition, we were very impressed by the performance of Dansability – Performance group at the Rogues basketball night game. It was a wonderful showcase of talent and a great example of the community coming together.
