2026 Easter Camp

Easter Seals NL Easter Camp is a Hybrid version of our summer camp, designed as a space where campers can try something new or test out the day camp environment in a smaller group.
Our Easter camp is a smaller group, delivered by our core staff and volunteers. Capacity is limited and lower than our summer camp capacity.

The week is designed with a variety of activities to have the camp experience on a smaller scale.

Camp Details:

Ages: 6–16 years old

Location: Easter Seals NL, 206 Mount Scio Road, St. John’s

Camp Delivery: April 6th – 10th, 2026

Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Drop-off starts at 8:30 a.m., Pick-up by 4:30 p.m.

Registration: Registration can be done for a single day up to a full week, allowing flexibility to fit campers’ schedules.

Cost: $25 per Day

Meals: Campers are required to bring their lunches and snacks.

Registration Process:

Registration for camp is easy but follows a few important steps:

  1. Complete ACTIVE Registration (this is an expression of interest; no payment is due at the time).
  2. Payment: You must select a payment method during registration. Full payment will be due one week before the camp start date.
  3. Once your ACTIVE registration is submitted, you’ll receive a Camper Google Form in your ACTIVE Confirmation Email. You will have 10 business days to complete this form.
  4. After submitting the form and confirming payment, an Easter Seals NL staff member will contact you to confirm your camper’s space.

Required Forms: Campers must complete the following forms before attending:

  • Camp Consent (updated yearly)
  • Program Code of Conduct (once)
  • Media Release (once)
  • Medication Authorization (if applicable)

Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive updates via email.

Important Dates:

  • Registration Opens: February 4th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
  • Registration Closes: February 20th, 2026
  • Confirmation Emails By: March 20th, 2026
