Easter Camp

Easter Camp is delivered at Easter Seals NL (206 Mount Scio Road) for the week of Easter Break.

Easter Camp provides the same opportunity as Day Camp for our youth to have the camp experience in an adapted environment. Campers will participate in Easter-themed activities, para-sports, karaoke, arts and crafts, physical activity, and music class.

Campers can register for single days or the full week.

Easter Camp 2024  Details:

Dates: April 1st to April 5th
Location: Easter Seals NL – 206 Mount Scio Road, St. John’s
Times: 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. – Drop off starts at 8:30 a.m., pick up by 4:30 p.m.
Cost: $25.00 per day

Easter Camp Registration process

Below are the steps for our registration and confirmation process:

  1. All registrants must complete ACTIVE Registration;
  2. You must identify what method of payment you will be using within registration – Payment will be required 1 week before the start of camp;
  3. When your active registration is complete you will receive a camper Google Form that you will have 10 business days to complete;
  4. Once we receive and review the Google Form and Payment confirmation an ESNL staff will contact you to confirm the camper’s space;
  5. All confirmed participants are required to have the following forms completed:
    • Easter Camp Consent (updated yearly)
    • Program Code of Conduct
    • Media Release (completed once)
    • Medication Authorization (if applicable) 
  6. Once participants are confirmed you will receive all program notifications and updates through emails that have been identified on the google form.

Registration is limited. Waitlist participants will be accommodated as capacity allows.  

Easter Seals NL does not provide one-on-one support. If a participant needs this support to participate fully in the program it is the responsibility of the family/participant to provide that support. ESNL staff and volunteers are at programs to facilitate group activities and will not be assigned as one-on-one pairs unless outlined as a program structure. 

All registrants must be a members of ESNL and have completed a new member intake. If you have not completed an intake please contact the Recreation Programs and Outreach Coordinator, Dayna Penney, at dayna@eastersealsnl.ca.
