The Joy of Movement

Dansablity – Performance Group

This session is for participants who are excited about choreography and performing. The focus is about learning and practicing a routine with an emphasis on rhythm, teamwork, memorization and most importantly – fun! This session is facilitated by Leah Davis and is perfect for participants who have an interest in learning choreography, and mastering their dance skills. Participants must have the ability to follow instruction, and be comfortable performing in front of others.

Dansability – Movement

This session is all about freedom, fun and creativity! Participants enjoy a blend of free movement exercises and music-based games, allowing them to explore rhythm and connect with the joys of dance. Each session wraps up with a small choreographed dance practice, offering a taste of structured choreography. It’s perfect for those who love to move to the beat and have a great time in a relaxed, playful environment with friends!

Our Fall 2025 Season will be 8 weeks beginning on October 15th and ending on December 3rd, with the season Showcase on December 10th.

Dansability Performance: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Dansability Movement: 5:30pm -6:30pm 

Cost: $40.00
